At Helena Voss, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something doesn't feel right, we're here to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 (thirty) days from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags and labels must still be attached.
- The item must be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other stains or odors.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
- Items purchased with a discount of 40% or more.
- Gift cards.
- Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
Please choose carefully, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1 — Email us at contact@helenavoss.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Step 2 — Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
Step 3 — Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RA number inside the package.
Step 4 — Ship the package using the provided return label or a trackable shipping method.
Important: Returns sent without a Return Authorization number will not be processed.
4. RETURN SHIPPING
- United States: A flat return shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Helena Voss is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Processing Time: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Partial Refunds: May be issued for items that show signs of wear, are missing tags, or are not in their original condition.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
We recommend placing your new order as soon as possible, as popular items may sell out quickly.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@helenavoss.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following information:
- Your order number.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos showing the damage or defect.
We will arrange a prepaid return label and offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement item (subject to availability).
8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Then, contact your bank or credit card company — it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
- If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please email us at contact@helenavoss.com and we will investigate the issue promptly.
9. SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are eligible for return only if they meet the conditions outlined in Section 1 above. Items discounted 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
